Our Pawsitive Origin Story
Pawsitive Experts was founded by internationally recognized Holistic Dog Trainer Matthew Smolich. After 8+ Years in the Dog Training industry working for companies around Arizona such as Paws In The Park Dog Training, Petco as the District Dog Training Mentor, and The American Kennel Club, Matthew decided to make his own dream come to life and help dogs directly in his clients homes.

Pawsitive Experts was founded as a family-friendly and Positive Dog Training company. We believe in LIMA (Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive) tactics to communicate and best help your dog's behavior change to something you would like them to do instead of the behavior they are exhibiting now. We are firm believers in humane rights towards animals and the proper teaching of dog behaviors to humans.

All of us have felt the same hopelessness of not being able to properly communicate with our dogs but we didn't give up. We all dug deep to expand our knowledge about dog behaviors and many training tactics to get the results and relationship we have today with our own fur babies.
The knowledge we have obtained through our failures and successes we wish to share to forever bond you and your dog's relationship through a lifetime of happiness.
We as Pawsitive Experts are certified with the American Kennel Club as Evaluators during our rigorous company certification and have a minimum of 800 hours training experience before we are able to call ourselves Pawsitive Experts.
